CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. In order to respect both your time and mine, the following cancellation policy is in place: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 20% cancellation fee based on the scheduled service price. • No-shows will be charged 20% of the scheduled service. • A valid credit card is required on file to secure all appointments. • Cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file. • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
